Key Event Timings
Date: 8 October 2026, EICC
Real Estate:Futures Pre-Dinner Reception: Starts from 5pm at All Bar One Exchange, 50 Lothian Rd, Edinburgh EH3 9BY.
6pm – Reception commences for all guests in Strathblane Hall, EICC
6.45pm – Call for Dinner
7pm – Formalities commence in Cromdale Hall
7.25pm – Dinner Service
9.20pm - After-dinner speaker – Brian Taylor
10pm - Formalities Close
1am - Carriage
Dress Code
The dress code for the dinner is black tie or national dress.
Special Dietary and Access Requirements
If you have not yet provided any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs for attending this event, please inform us as soon as possible by contacting us.
Photography/Videography:
Event photography and video recording will be conducted throughout the event. By attending, you consent to the capture and use of your photos for promotional purposes by the event organisers. Should you have any concerns, please notify a member of our team.
Booking Terms and Conditions
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we're unable to issue refunds at this late stage should you be unable to attend. However, we can accept name changes up to the start of the event. Please confirm any name changes as soon as possible by emailing scotlandevents@realestateuk.org.
Cloakroom
A staffed cloakroom will be available throughout the dinner for delegates to store coats, luggage, and personal belongings. While every reasonable care will be taken to ensure the security of items left in the cloakroom, delegates are encouraged not to leave valuables such as laptops, mobile phones, wallets, or important documents unattended. Please collect all belongings before leaving the venue at the end of the dinner.
