We'll be sharing our key priorities as a new organisation, and the event offers a unique chance to engage directly with parliamentarians and key officials shaping the future of Scotland's real estate sector.

Ahead of the main conference, we are hosting a dedicated roundtable for RE:UK Futures members - members with less than 15 years experience.

The session will provide an opportunity for the next generation of property leaders to discuss their priorities when it comes to sustainable buildings and places. Further details on the content will be released in due course.

Please note that places are limited for this roundtable session and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance is open to all RE:Futures members.

The Real Estate:Scotland Annual Dinner is one of the most prestigious events in the Scottish real estate calendar. Held at the EICC in Edinburgh, the event attracts over 500 senior leaders, executives and decision-makers from across the newly unified membership, offering sponsors a unique opportunity to engage with an influential, high-level audience in a premium setting. Be part of a landmark occasion at the first-ever Real Estate:UK Midlands Annual Dinner. Taking place at The ICC Birmingham on 4 November 2026, the evening will bring together 400 leaders and decision-makers from across UK real estate for an evening of celebration, connection and insight.

The evening will begin with a networking drinks reception, followed by a three-course seated dinner and a lively Post-Dinner Soirée. With senior figures from across the industry in attendance, the dinner offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, make valuable new connections and celebrate the sector’s achievements in one of the UK’s most dynamic cities. The event is open to both members and non-members.

With over 600 attendees, the Real Estate:UK Annual Dinner brings together a balanced mix of professionals from the newly unified RE:UK membership, including investors, fund managers, developers, asset owners, lenders, advisers, policymakers and industry experts.

The event will take place in Old Billingsgate, a Victorian Grade II listed building that has undergone an amazing transformation, from the 19th century's largest fish market to London's premier event space. The RE:UK Annual Dinner will be held in the venue’s spectacular Grand Hall.
